About the Workshop

During this herbal workshop, you will discover the art and science behind blending a perfectly balanced cup of tea. You will also learn the process of creating your own herbal tincture & tub tea.

We will explore a collection of Mother Nature's top 30 safe and essential herbal options that will help to calm anxiety, soothe frazzled nerves, relieve burnout syndrome, promote better sleep patterns, ease depression, comfort heartache and nourish your body’s overall resiliency. We will focus on specific adaptogen, nervine & tonic herbs like Ashwagandha, Eleuthero root, Tulsi/Holy Basil, Skullcap, Valerian root, Lavender, Cannabis (THC & CBD), Lemon Balm, Hops, and numerous others.

Your certified Tea Sommelier & Clinical Herbalist, Roxi Thiam will guide you through the basics and teach you about ingredients, flavor combinations as well as allowing you to blind taste a number of blend creations. Her easy-going teaching style makes learning and using plant-based healing simple, fun, and accessible to everyone.
