RESERVATION POLICIES

Customers may reserve appointments, services, and classes via our online scheduling system, or by calling 929.266.9223. We require a credit card or prepayment to reserve your experience. All reservations with The Bougie Garden are subject to our cancellation policy. By making an appointment with us you agree to adhere to the Cancellation Policy. 

CANCELLATION POLICY ONLINE HERBAL CLINIC

We respectfully request all appointment cancellations or reschedules be made 48 hours prior to the reserved time. Appointments canceled or rescheduled after 48 hours but prior to the day of the appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled services. No-shows and same-day cancellations will be charged the full cost of the scheduled service. 

CANCELLATION POLICY CLASSES & WORKSHOPS 

We offer classes on herbal medicine, nutrition, and health & wellness for the novice and the experienced. Though you may see us offering similar classes routinely, there is always something new and different to talk about. So take it once or three times, we're excited to learn and grow with you. 

All class reservations must be prepaid to guarantee your spot. All class payments & deposits are non-refundable; no cash refunds are given at any time. If you are unable to attend your reserved class please call or email us as soon as possible. 

 

It is our hope that all will go well so everyone will be able to participate in our Bougie Tea Parties. Live sessions may be rescheduled if we experience USPS shipping delays for at least 50% of attendees. If we cancel our live session (virtual) for any reason, you may still receive your full herbal kit and the prerecorded workshop session. If there is no prerecorded session, your money will be refunded in full (if the class is not rescheduled). 

 

In case of your own unforeseen circumstances that lead you to cancel, the following applies:

 

100% refund 30+ days prior 

75% refund 15-29 days prior

30% refund 7-15 days prior

0% refund 6 or fewer days prior and once the session has begun

 

If you cannot attend a live workshop, no problem! You will still receive your herbal kit, workshop presentation, and the full workshop recording. Alternatively, a friend or family member can always take your place instead. Please notify us at hello@finesselifeholistics.com (at least 10 days in advance) if this is the case.

CAUTIONS

Our services and products do not prevent, treat, cure or diagnose illness. When beginning any new protocols, products, etc we encourage you to use common sense precautions and to consult your primary health care provider. 

 

SHIPPING AND REFUND POLICY

Due to an unusually large demand for some products, we have longer than usual hold times on our customer service phone lines as well as a delay in shipping orders. We will do our best to prioritize orders with expedited shipping (i.e. Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air). Additionally, in an effort to protect our employee’s health, all orders must be shipped and we are no longer allowing for will call orders during this period. We are working hard to ensure as little of a wait time as possible, while also maintaining our quality in service and shipping methods that we provide to you throughout the year.

We want you to be satisfied with your order, and we will gladly exchange or refund your order per our Return Policy. Notification of exchanges, refunds, damages, or non-delivery must be made within 30 days from the shipment receipt date by contacting us at (929) 266-9223 or by email at roxi@finesselifeholistics.com.

If the shipment is a result of our error, we will gladly reship your correct items at no charge or issue a refund. We are not responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning items unless it is due to an error made by Finesse Life Holistics LLC DBA The Bougie Garden. Original shipping is non-refundable. 

Qualifying returns are eligible for a refund to your credit card, debit card or PayPal account. If you paid for your order with a check/money order/cash, we can issue a refund in the form of a company check 30 days after your invoice date.

Items that are shipped back as a return need to be matched to your original invoice. Please provide any information that can help us identify the account or original purchase that matches the returned items.

In the event of non-delivery due to an incorrect address or recipient information supplied by the customer, or if the items ordered were an error of the customer, the following options may be considered for your satisfaction:

  • For non-delivery of an order, please contact us to investigate the issue and recommend a resolution.

  • If the items ordered are unopened, unused, undamaged and in the original packaging, send your order back to us at your shipping expense for a full product refund or an exchange. We recommend you always insure the shipment. Refunds will not include shipping costs originally incurred to ship your order.

  • To exchange an item, send your items back to us at your shipping expense, and we will gladly replace it with another item of your choice. Customer will pay the difference between the product(s) exchanged or receive a refund, as well as pay for return shipping costs to receive the replacement.

We do not accept returns on products that have been mixed or blended together with other ingredients. Refunds will only be issued for a product that is returned in the original form that it was purchased in.

In reference to exchange or refund on teaware and accessories, items must be unused, in their original packaging, undamaged, and in new condition upon receipt to our warehouse to receive a full refund. Again, we recommend you insure the shipment.

Refund submissions are processed on receipt of the goods and take 7-14 business days (depending on banking institutions and merchant providers) to process.

Occasionally popular items sell out before we can update their status on the pages of our website. In the event you have placed an order with us and an ordered item is out-of-stock, we will call you to inform you that we will be unable to ship that item. We then request that you make a new order for the out-of-stock item when it returns to inventory. Since the item will be shipped to separate from your original order, we ask you to please be aware that each shipment will incur separate shipping costs as are applicable to the volume of product being sent.

Dropshipping & Private Label Membership

This website is provided “as is” without any representations or warranties, express or implied.  The Bougie Garden makes no representations or warranties in relation to this website or the information and materials provided on this website.

TEA PARTY RENTAL SUPPLIES

  • A non-refundable booking fee of $150 is required to reserve your event date, which will be applied towards the total balance of your rental order.

  • A $50 fee will be charged for delivery and pickup of rental equipment and supplies within Maricopa County.

  • If event setup or cleanup is required, a $150 setup fee will be charged.

  • A refundable deposit of $200 will be required for broken or missing items. This deposit will be refunded to the client within 7 business days after the event, provided that all rental equipment and supplies are returned in their original condition.

  • The rental period for the equipment and supplies is 6 hours. Additional rental fees will be charged for any time beyond the 6-hour rental period.

  • The full balance of the rental order is due within 21 days of the event date. Failure to pay the full balance by the due date may result in cancellation of the rental order.

  • The client is responsible for any damage to the rental equipment and supplies during the rental period, and will be responsible for any repair or replacement costs.

  • The rental equipment and supplies must be returned in their original condition within 48 hours after the event. Any equipment or supplies not returned within this time frame will result in additional rental fees.

  • The client must provide a safe and secure location for the rental equipment and supplies during the rental period.

  • The rental equipment and supplies may not be used for any illegal or prohibited activity.

  • The rental company reserves the right to refuse service to any client for any reason.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY 

The Bougie Garden will not be liable to you (whether under the law of contract, the law of torts or otherwise) in relation to the contents of, or use of, or otherwise in connection with, this website:

  • for any indirect, special, or consequential loss; or

  • for any business losses, loss of revenue, income, profits or anticipated savings, loss of contracts or business relationships, loss of reputation or goodwill, or loss or corruption of information or data.

These limitations of liability apply even if The Bougie Garden has been expressly advised of the potential loss.

 

EXCEPTIONS 

Nothing in this website disclaimer will exclude or limit any warranty implied by law that it would be unlawful to exclude or limit, and nothing in this website disclaimer will exclude or limit The Bougie Garden's  liability in respect of any:
