Stress Less and Redefine Self-Love

CLASS IS RESERVED FOR SOULFUL SWAP MEMBERS ONLY!

Everyday stress is not unusual in our modern-day society.

Whether you are overworked, watching the news, looking after your kids, or having a hard time keeping up with your demanding lifestyle - it's not uncommon to feel burnt out, anxious, exhausted, overstimulated, depressed, lethargic, etc.

Did You Know...

  • Anxiety disorders are the most common mental illness in the U.S., affecting 40 million adults in the United States age 18 and older
  • Over time, stress can contribute to serious health conditions, such as heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, and other illnesses, including mental disorders such as depression or anxiety.
  • Globally, more than 264 million people of all ages suffer from depression.
  • Up to 40% of adults don’t get enough sleep (7 hours per day) according to the CDC.
  • About 1 in 3 people aged 18 to 36 say that they don't sleep well because of technology
  • Being overweight can affect sleep, and poor sleep can contribute to weight gain.
  • 1 in 4 women suffers from insomnia. This makes ladies twice as likely as men to have insomnia. Women also experience the physical signs of stress more than men.
  • Depression is a leading cause of disability worldwide and women are more affected by depression than men, according to WHO

While many of us have become experts at adapting to and performing under stressful conditions, the truth is, chronic stress takes a toll on all aspects of our health: physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual.

The stress so many of us have come to accept as a normal part of life affects us well beyond our moods. We experience it constantly without a chance to recover and it brings us out of balance - altering our emotions and relationships, our sleeping patterns, eating habits, menstrual cycles, our energy levels, and how we feel about ourselves.

We will discuss:

  • What is stress?
  • Our stress hormones
  • How stress impairs the body
  • Identifying your triggers
  • Herbs for stress relief
  • Redefine self-love
  • Developing a consistent self-care routine

This workshop is reserved for Soulful Swap members only!
