DIRECTIONS
~ Bring cold water to a boil (212F).
~ Add herbs, one large teaspoon of herbs per 6-8 oz
cup of water
~ Pour boiling hot water over herbs
~ Steep (covered) for 10-15 minutes
(add an extra 1-3 min of steeping time for your second infusion).
~ Remove or strain herbs
~ Sweeten with local, organic honey for added
benefits!
