Bring cold water to a boil. Add herbs, .5 – 1 large tablespoon per 8 oz cup of water. Pour hot water over herbs and steep 10-15 minutes (add an extra 30 seconds of steeping time for your second or third infusion). Remove or strain herbs and enjoy!
